Mischa was created using a Monster High Draculaura doll by Mattel. All factory paint was fully removed and she was given a full facial repaint using artist acrylics and sealers. I also removed her hair and fitted her with a gorgeous carrot red wig. Hope you like her!
She is currently for sale here...

Thanks so much! Well, with wigs you have to be careful. If you buy the Monique wigs, size 5-6 fits the MH girls pretty standard with no problem. If you want to buy some of the other brand wigs... especially the ones you get from China etc on ebay for the BJD's, you need to really check sizing because 5-6 is way too large. I'm not sure how they work the sizing out but it would be best to email the seller with the size of your MH's head (measure right around the hairline from the forehead, around just above the ears, round the hairline at base of neck and back up to the forehead) and check with the seller to see if the wig will fit that size head. Always be safe... unlike me who bought a stack of wigs in 5-6 and found they didn't fit and I had no other dolls to use them on! LOL Most annoying! Hope that helps!

Well, red and purple are split complementary colours, so they should look okay. I think I would prefer complementary colours, like green with the red etc. But doesn't mean it wouldn't work or even look pretty cool! :)

I was just wondering if this doll's skin tone was altered in any way. And if so could you explain how you did this?

Hello there, so sorry for the late reply. I havn't altered Mischa's original skin tone but I do add blushed parts e.g. elbows, knees, breasts, collarbone etc. One way you can do this is by using prismacolour pencils - I rub the pencil over an emery board to create coloured dust and you can use more than one colour together. I then blush the doll using a very soft eye makeup brush. The trick is to add the colour very slowly, in light layers and build them up. Then seal with either brush sealers or spray sealers like Mr Super Clear.
The other way is by using an airbrush... very light spray and building up the layers. Either way works well.
If you want to change the skintone of the whole body, I think you would have to sand it back first and then airbrush it in thin light layers. And definitely a few coats of Mr Super Clear for that. Hope that helps. :)
