Isla - OOAK Custom Barbieby *IvyHeartDesigns

Isla was created using a 11.5 inch Barbie 'Bella' (Twilight) doll from Mattel. All her original factory paint was fully removed and she was given a full custom facial repaint along with body and face blushing and shading for realism. This doll already had the most gorgeous hair, so all I have done is wash, condition and give it some more feathery layers!
