Elizabeth was created using a Barbie Fashionista 11.5 inch doll by Mattel. All her factory paint was fully removed and she was given a complete facial repaint using artist acrylics and sealers. I also removed all her original hair and replaced it with applied tibetan mohair. I then created a gorgeous Victorian style costume along with dainty wired wings. Hope you like her! :)

She is currently for sale... you can get to her auction via the link on my website...

I am not affiliated in any way with the Mattel company. I just use their beautiful dolls as a canvas for my own artistic expression! :)

is it possible, if you wanted to, to do a doll repaint, but have one eye bionic? and would it look weird?

They don't really just come off these dolls, unless you pull them off, so I dont' think you would have a problem :)

No, not weird at all! :) I've done blue and purple together before and it makes a lovely 'violet' look. Do you know the actress 'Elizabeth Taylor'... she was so gorgeous in her day. Well, she has the most beautiful violet eyes... you don't see them often but how lovely and unique! :)
