The lovely Cassandra was created using a 11.5 inch Barbie Basics Model #1 from Mattel. All her original factory paint was fully removed and she was given a full custom facial repaint along with body and face blushing and shading for realism. I also gave her an ever so light spray of freckles across her nose for a sweet, summery effect!. Her hair was taken down and I gave her a partial reroot along with adding in a side part with lovely accent colours. Her hair was then washed, conditioned and cut into a long layered style. She is available on ebay and if interested, you can find the link on my website [link]

I am not affiliated in any way with the Mattel company. I simply use their gorgeous dolls as a base for my own artistic expression! :)

if you are going to dye the saran hair, how would you prevent the dye from running out?

would it be possible to mix platinum white (virginal snow) and silver (moonlight) nylon hair?

You can mix any colours you can think of... but they might not all look good! But yes, platinum and silver would be a lovely blend! :)

Your just expecting way too much of yourself too soon sweetie! You have to give yourself time. It took me a long time and lots of practice and I still have loads more to learn. Just relax and enjoy the process! :huggle:
